These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the td99 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager on td99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything set out in this document. Please read it carefully before proceeding.
Important notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and td99 ("td99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of td99.asia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the td99 platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Access to and use of the td99 Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of this Agreement, together with the td99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the registration form, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform.
2.3 td99 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.
2.4 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and td99 relating to your use of the Platform.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the td99 Platform, you must:
3.2 td99 employs a mandatory KYC process to verify Player age and identity. The Platform reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close an Account pending successful verification.
3.3 Any winnings generated by a Player who is subsequently determined to be underage or ineligible will be void and forfeited in full, and any deposited funds may be returned at td99's sole discretion, net of any applicable administration charges.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the td99 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the device, payment method, or personal details used — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in all affected accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances being reviewed or confiscated.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account. td99 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to update personal or contact details.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
4.4 Suspicious Access. You must notify td99 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. td99 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your credentials prior to such notification being received and acted upon.
4.5 KYC Verification. Full Account functionality — including processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds — requires successful completion of td99's KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. td99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the td99 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your td99 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect. td99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed by td99 within the timeframes published in the cashier, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any open bonus wagering requirements. td99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Same Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method associated with the Player's Account. This policy exists for fraud prevention purposes.
5.6 No Third-Party Payments. Players must not use payment accounts belonging to third parties to fund or receive withdrawals from their td99 Account. Any account found to be using third-party payment methods may be subject to verification, suspension, or closure.
6.1 td99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of the offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses) are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. td99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional offers, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other practice that td99 determines, in its sole discretion, to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. td99 reserves the right to withdraw or adjust bonuses if this condition is breached.
6.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds. Where a Player's Account contains both real funds and bonus funds, real funds will generally be used for wagering before bonus funds, unless the cashier indicates otherwise. Players may choose to forfeit bonus funds from their Account settings at any time without affecting their real money balance.
7.1 All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the td99 Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to the relevant product — casino game, slot, live dealer table, or sportsbook market. Game Rules are available within each individual game or market.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is deemed accepted only when a unique bet reference number has been generated and confirmed by the td99 system. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be void and any staked funds returned to the Player's balance.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by td99 at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game payouts, or settlement — including but not limited to technical faults, human error, or feed failure — td99 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected Player's Account. No winnings arising from a palpable error will be paid.
7.5 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games available on the td99 Platform use independently certified RNG engines. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over extended play periods and do not guarantee results for individual sessions.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the td99 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling or take a break may request self-exclusion from their Account settings. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, td99 will not knowingly accept any further registration from the same individual.
9.3 Deposit and Session Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and session time limits from within their Account settings. td99 will enforce any limits set by a Player and will not increase a self-imposed limit instantaneously — any increase requests are subject to a reflection period.

10.1 All content, trademarks, logos, software, game assets, imagery, and data published on or transmitted through the td99 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of td99 or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, broadcast, or transmit any td99 content without the express prior written consent of td99.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td99 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
11.2 td99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 td99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit td99's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by td99's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12.1 td99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where td99 reasonably believes that:
12.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach, td99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are confirmed to be legitimately owned by the Player and no countervailing claim exists, they will be returned to a verified payment method associated with the Account.
12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting td99's support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being forfeited.
13.1 Informal Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your td99 Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter, you should first contact td99's customer support team via the live chat function. The support team will attempt to resolve your issue promptly, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
13.2 Formal Complaint. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal support process, you may submit a formal written complaint to td99. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and a substantive response provided within thirty (30) business days from acknowledgement.
13.3 Game Outcome Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the outcome recorded in td99's server logs shall be the definitive record. In the event of a discrepancy between what was displayed on a Player's device and the server log, the server log shall prevail.
13.4 Chargeback Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate td99 transaction, without first exhausting td99's complaints process, constitutes a breach of this Agreement. td99 reserves the right to suspend an Account and pursue recovery of any chargebacked amounts by all available legal means.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under td99's international gaming licence and the jurisdiction in which td99 is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
14.2 By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under td99's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints process set out in Section 13.
15.1 td99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, td99 will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by prominent notice on the homepage.
15.2 It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
15.3 The current version of this Agreement is always accessible at td99.asia/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version entered into force.
